The project will establish a model training program so that staff in social service and criminal justice organizations can provide unbiased services for LGBTQ youth. Providing unbiased services for LGBTQ youth will increase the organizations’ ability to meet these youths’ needs and improve the outcomes for LGBTQ youth as well as others that the organizations serve.
